Last week’s releases (SB Street Fighter pack, Bodega for Saucony Elite: Shadow 5000 runners, Converse First String by Number (N)ine: Odessa runners, and new season of Black Scale) have all almost sold out! So crazed. This week, we have more new releases that I’m excited about. Some really good stuff, which you’ll soon see…right about…wait for it…now!

RETROSUPERFUTURE for HIGH SNOBIETY – ANDREA SUNGLASSES // SATURDAY (09.25) RELEASE:

True limited edition releases continue to roll through the shop – like this Retrosuperfuture (SUPER) for culutre blog, High Snobiety, in the form of this gorgeous “Andrea” model. Only 12 sunglasses available in the US, and 80 sunglasses worldwide. We were able to get 2 of those 12 US only sunglasses, and they will be available for purchase this Saturday (09.25). Leather + woodgrain frame with gold details and the High Snobiety logo on the arms. Very, very styled out.

CONVERSE FIRST STRING: MATCHPOINT III OX // SATURDAY (09.25) RELEASE:

Converse First String: Standards Collection does it again. And by “it” I mean “MAKE REALLY AMAZING SHOES”. This time around its the Matchpoint III Ox: “Carrying DNA from an original 1970s era silhouette, this shoe, originally designed for court sports, has an updated look that features a monochromatic poplin cotton upper and contrasting white sole. Details such as a cut-out star on the shoe’s leather heel and an ultra-comfortable foot-bed cushion give these shoes premium distinction and style.” -Converse First String. The leather heel contrast with the cotton upper is a beautiful detail. I love the juxtaposition of materials like that. Only 350 pairs in the US. The grey Matchpoint III will be available Saturday (09.25) with remaining pairs available for phone order beginning Monday (09.27) – 808.941.9191.

I know that for some of you, your first introduction to Italian fashion house MISSONI was via Kanye’s tweet from a couple of months back, but hey, some people also didn’t know Van Gogh from Kaws – so maybe Kanye West putting our youth up on essential art and fashion knowledge via twitter isn’t the most ideal situation, but maybe that is the link between them actually learning something versus just reading textbooks and not comprehending the significance of what they’re reading. I lifelong philosophical discussion-I’m sure. All postulating aside, these excellent excellent shoes will be available this Saturday (09.25). The upper is a made up of a unique dye knit fabric which ensures that no two pairs, or even left or right side, will look the same. The tongue, heel pull tab and lining utilize ultra soft, sheep leather for maximum comfort and style. Quantities and sizes are limited to stock on hand. No holds or discounts on release product. First come, first served.

HALL OF FAME – FALL 2010:

We are proud to announce the addition of LA based Hall of Fame to our apparel roster. So officially right now! All the guys at the shop feel like this is one of the next big brands to grow into something really good. Their sports themed graphics and designs are a perfect fit for us. Their cap game is extra precise, and all their tees and fleece feature genuine Champion bodies.
